Delivery Times

We aim to send all orders out within 1 to 2 working days, As we are predominantly a footwear company we can ship most boots and shoes to you very quickly as we have a large stock. However,  If you have ordered a mixture of footwear and non footwear items we may ship the order in separate parts at no extra cost to yourself this is very rare.

As with all onlone retailers, we do advise that delivery could take up up to 28 (twenty eight) days and if an order stretches beyond that, then we will inform you via email only in order to respect your privacy.

Returns Policy

What if the shoes/items I order do not fit or are unsuitable? We offer a 7 (seven) day cooling off period. Then you are more than welcome to send them back as long as they have not been worn of course and within 14 (fourteen) days of posting and in the original packaging and also packed in the same manner you received them in. We also ask you to put a copy of the sales receipt or a note with the returned goods to say who you are and why you are returning the goods.

Disclaimer

Any clothing, due to the intimate nature, can only be returned if the items have not been worn or used in any way. sexyshoesboots.co.uk, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
